All orders are shipped Priority U.S. Mail at a rate of $4.90. All orders of 4 or more CDs are shipped free of charge.
Return Policy:
All sales are final.
Because of the personalized nature of our products, no refunds will be issued. However, if the product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may obtain a replacement. To obtain a replacement for a damaged or defective CD:
1. Send an email to support@allaboutyoukids.com and describe the nature of the problem. Please include your full name, phone number, the complete order number from your order, and the name of the product that is damaged or defective.
2. You will receive a response from Customer Service providing you with the information to replace the damaged or defective product with a replacement.
* Please note that all requests for replacement of damaged or defective merchandise must be placed within 30 days of the original order. After 30 days, you will no longer be able to request a replacement. Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly as soon as you receive it to ensure that your CD(s) work perfectly.

I can’t find my child’s name. What should I do?
First, try searching the entire list. The name you are looking for may be under a different spelling. There are many different ways to spell Kaitlin, for example. It might be listed as Caitlin, Kaitlyn, Katelyn, etc. You can modify the spelling of the name in the "different spelling" blank when you buy the CD. If you are unable to find your child’s name, you can submit a “request for consideration” for our next CD project by emailing support@allaboutyoukids.com
I found the correct spelling, but the pronunciation is wrong. Now what?
Listen to the sound clips for the other spellings. One example is the pronunciation “mad-uh-LYNN”. It’s on our lists as “Madelyn”, but you may spell that pronunciation “Madeleine”. You can modify the spelling of the name in the "different spelling" blank when you buy the CD.
How soon will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days.
